We have adequately covered the 1st to 7th Generation and Descendants so far.....
We're now Defining the 7th, 8th, and 9th generations of the Mattoo Clan Descendants of Rev Pt. Rughnath Ji (PitaJi) & Rev KamlawatiJi (KakniJi) Miskeen.
In a way, understanding their family tree structure. Here's a breakdown:
*7th Generation*: Represented by Ms Rajni (Mattoo) Bhat, daughter of Mohini ji and Shampoo Nath Ji Razdan, and granddaughter of Raghu Nath Ji and Kamlawati ji (Miskeen) Mattoo. She's married to Er. Tej Krishan Ji Bhat (Nanaji).

Ms. Rajni, holds a bachelors degree in science and a Bachelors degree in Education.
Ms Rajni, Her professional journey began as a teacher in a reputed school in Jammu, followed by few years of service as a teacher in Central School (KV) in Kashmir. After marriage, she chose to step away from formal employment to support her family, particularly in view of her husband’s transferable job. This phase of life allowed her to embrace her responsibilities with devotion and grace, serving the family in various roles—as a homemaker, daughter, wife, daughter-in-law, mother, and now a grandmother.
Ms Rajni, Spiritual growth has been an integral part of her life. She has a deep interest in yoga and meditation and have actively volunteered with Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan and the Yogoda Society of India in Jammu, where she sought to serve others while continuing her own spiritual practice. She believes in living a life guided by simplicity, mindfulness, and selfless service.
Ms Rajni, At present, her husband and and, she spends most of their time with their daughters in the United States, while remaining deeply connected to home and roots in India.

Brief Profile of Er. Tej Krishan Bhat, fondly known as Nanaji within family. He was born in Srinagar and received his education in both Srinagar and Jammu. After completing his schooling, he was admitted to Banaras Hindu University (BHU), where he studied for a short period before securing admission to Regional Engineering College (REC), Srinagar. He graduated in Civil Engineering in 1971.
Er. Tej K Bhat: He began his professional career with the Government of Jammu & Kashmir in the Public Works Department. In the early years of his service, he was posted with the Power Development Department in Srinagar and later worked extensively across the Jammu province. Over the course of his career, he contributed to several major infrastructure projects, including the Salal Hydroelectric Project, the construction of highways, numerous motorable and foot bridges, and a wide range of government buildings such as hospitals, schools, and office complexes.
Er. Tej K Bhat, He was later deputed to the Tourism Department, where he spent much of his time in Kashmir rebuilding damaged infrastructure, particularly in major tourist destinations such as Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonamarg. One of the most significant achievements of this period was he renovated Hotel Heemal on the banks of Dal Lake, which was completed in a record time of one month.
Er. Tej K Bhat, After retiring from government service, he was offered an opportunity to work with the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, where he focused on developing and improving infrastructure facilities. During his tenure, the Mata Vaishno Devi Medical Hospital and the University were constructed, both of which were inaugurated by His Excellency, the President of India.
Er. Tej K Bhat, Following four years with the Shrine Board, he joined a multinational consultancy firm in Jammu funded by the Asian Development Bank. During this assignment, several roads and bridges were either newly constructed or substantially upgraded. He worked in this role for approximately four years.
Er. Tej K Bhat, at the persistent encouragement of his daughters—both of whom are professionally settled in the United States—he eventually relocated to the USA to be closer to his family. He takes immense pride in children and remains deeply grateful for their achievements.
Er. TK Bhat, Today, he's enjoying retired life, spending quality time with his wife, children, and grand children while reflecting with contentment on a career devoted to public service and nation-building.
*8th Generation*:
Dear Prerna (Bhat) Married to Er. Anubhav Raina. They're Great-parents and their children are here in (Pic-2 & 3), their brief profile too is highlighted below:
Ms Prerna (Bhat) Raina, aka Ritu, Prerna was born in Srinagar, Kashmir. She completed her early education at St. Mary’s Presentation convent in Srinagar and Jammu before pursuing higher studies in engineering at Pune university.
Currently she resides in New Jersey, US with her husband and kids. She has established a professional career in the technology sector, focusing on investment banking technology.-
Her Hubby, Mr. Anubhav Raina (final)
Anubhav was born in Srinagar, Kashmir. He pursued higher studies in engineering at NIT Rourkela.
Currently he resides in New Jersey, US with his wife and kids. He has established a professional career in the technology sector, focusing on retail technology.
*8th Generation*:
Besides, Prerna, Dear Shikha (Bhat) married to Er. Vineet Bhan.
Dear Shikha was born in Srinagar, Kashmir She completed her early education at St. Mary’s Presentation convent in Jammu before pursuing higher studies in engineering at Pune university. She furthered her academic learning by earning at MBA from Jammu university.
Currently she resides in California, US with her husband and kids. She has established a professional career in the technology sector, focusing on development of self-driving car technology.
Her Hubby, dear Vineet Bhan, was born in Srinagar, Kashmir. He pursued higher studies in engineering at Bombay university. He furthered his education though an M.S. from CU, Boulder and MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
Currently he resides in California, US with his wife and kids. He has established a professional career in the technology sector, focusing on cybersecurity technology.
